    Da li je kanal aktivan (On/Off). Ako je False, koristi se bypass (idealan prenos).
freq_offset_hz : float
    Frekvencijski ofset (CFO) u Hz.
snr_db : float
    Odnos signal-šum (SNR) u decibelima.
seed : int
    Seed za generisanje šuma u kanalu.
initial_phase_rad : float
    Početna faza (za testiranje faznog pomaka).
